What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company, an optional phone number, what you need, and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and to prepare the quote you asked for. If the enquiry becomes a contract, it becomes part of the commercial record for that contract.
Who sees it
VirtualNet Cloud staff working on your enquiry. We do not sell it, we do not rent it and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from the last contact, unless the enquiry became a contract, in which case the retention period of that contract applies.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font file.
